solid hotel with great facilities

clean room extensive storing comfortable bed

My stay featured a large, clean room. it was equipped with everything i needed. i stayed for two weeks, so i specifically enjoyed extensive storing possibilities. Also i enjoyed the sauna and the spa. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

the room service was slow, it took nearly an hour to receive my food. the french fries were cold, and there was no salt or pepper provided. i utilized this service twice today, and on both occasions, the wait time was long.

Excellent Stay Near the Sea Port

The hotel offered a convenient ATM. My room featured many TV channels. I found the laundry service efficient and helpful. It helped me refresh my travel wardrobe. I particularly enjoyed eating on the rooftop since it provided great city and sea views.

The pool is deep, so small children may have difficulty.

The hotel is near the Sea Port. It is a short walk to the Zanzibar ferry. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Shaban handled every request I had. Theresia from the citrus bar helped me with Swahili. Pius assisted with the luggage, and Happiness was at reception.

long wait missing service

the gym was HUGE, and it had lots of equipment. it was a welcome surprise!

The breakfast experience was BAD. it took a very long time to get coffee. The staff seemed to congregate and talk instead of serving. also, they require filling out an egg request form. That's NOT something a guest wants to do..
